December 09 kit

Have some fun with perfect pearls. If you have liquid pearls, you can mix the perfect pearls with it as well as other media like embossing powder, acrylic paint, stickles, ink, etc.

Use the brown cardstock as your base. Cut the patterned paper as shown so that the border and the snowflakes show. Cut a title from the blue cardstock as well as a 4 1/4” x 6 1/4” photo mat. Center the photo mat on the blue patterned paper so that the blue dots run behind the mat going down the 4 1/4” side. Glue together Cut the large tree out of the patterned paper carefully. Place the title, double mat, and tree down on a covered surface. Mix a small amount of water with some of the perfect pearls. Use the brush to paint around the outer edge of the photo mat, the parts of the tree, and the title. Mix more powder with the water to make it thicker (and if you wish, add liquid pearls to it and mis to make it foamy and airy.) Swirl along the bottom to create snow. as it dries you can paint some dry powder into the swirls to create more definition. Once dry, assemble. Using foam tape to place under the green parts of the tree gives additional definition. Adhere the red buttons with liquid glue. Swirl some of the perfect pearl liquid with a brush on to the top of the buttons. Allow all to dry thoroughly.
Perfect pearls can be used with any color ink, paint, or acrylic for a great effect.
Here is another project created with the kit (stamp your saying with ink and quickly brush with dry perfect pearls):

I have a new site to sell the products here. There are still a few bugs I am sure to work out but will slowly transfer all operation there.

November 09 kit

The November kit features my Mind's Eye paper and cork as the technique. Use the yellow colored cardstock as your background. Hand cut a heart from the cork. Punch out the two large flourishes, parentheses, and assorted items from the die cut sheet. Assemble as shown, matting the picture in green. The perimeter of the layout as well as the heart and flourishes were outlined with a pen. Cut your title out of the green paper and adhere all items to the cardstock.

October 09 kit

This kit features paper piercing, Little Black dress paper from Daisy Bucket and great cardstock from coredinations. Use the black cardstock as the background. Cut the patterned paper and arrange as shown. Be sure that about two inches of black border shows at the top and the bottom. Continue the flourish pattern above and below the black flourish paper by using the sharp edge of the tool and piercing though the paper. Use a small piece of sandpaper to rough the edges of the pierced hole to expose more of the white core. Use the flowers as accents. Candy dots in white were used as flower centers (candy dots are not included in the kit.)
